Purpose

The Voids Window is used to establish and maintain up to 50 different Void reasons. The Void Reason Window will be displayed and the user must select a reason to justify the Void of the Menu Item or Payment.

 

Accessing the Voids Window

While in Focus Setup, select Order Entry > Voids.

Option	Description
Name	A unique name for each Void reason, up to 15 alphanumeric characters.
Image File Name	An image that represents the Void.

Command	Description
Close	Closes the Voids Window.
Save	Saves current changes.
Cancel	Cancels changes made prior to saving.

 

Procedure to Establish Void Reasons

▪ Prepare a list of Void Reasons.

▪ Enter the name of each reason in a separate Voids text box.

▪ Click Save.
