Price Levels   

Purpose

The Price Levels Window is used to establish up to 150 different Price Levels. Price Levels may be assigned up to six Price Names. For example, if the Price Level is size, the Price Names may be Small, Medium, Large, Giant, etc.  Menu Item Prices (1 – 6) will be activated by selection of Price Name (1 – 6).

 

Accessing the Price Levels Window

While in Focus Setup, select Order Entry > Price Levels.

Field

Description

Name

Enter a name for each Price Level, up to 15 alphanumeric characters.

Price Name

Enter a name, up to 15 alphanumeric characters, for each price (1 – 6). For example, for a Price Level for soda sizes, enter Small, Medium, and Large, X-large for the Price Names.

Screen Format

The Screen Format used to display Price Level buttons.

Image File Name

A graphic that represents the Price Level.

Command

Description

Close

Closes the Price Levels Window.

Save

Saves current changes.

Cancel

Cancels changes made prior to saving.

 

Procedure to Establish Price Levels

§   Prepare a list of Price Levels and Price Names.

§   Enter the name of a Price Level in a separate Name text box.

§   Select the appropriate options.

§   Click Save.
