Purpose
The Order Types Window is used to establish
and maintain up to 24 different Order Types such as Dine In, Take Out, Room
Charge etc. Each Order Type may be configured to permit an amount or percentage
charge to be added to the order or to all items. Order Types also determine the
taxes that are added to checks.
Accessing the Order Type Window
While in Focus Setup,
select Order Entry > Order Types.
