We would like to thank our dealers that took the time to attend our annual Focus Dealer Conference 2008! Congrats to Scott Howell on earning the 2008 Focus Dealer of the Year award! Other award winners were Debbie Brasher for earning the Excellence in Marketing Award, Rob Winkie won Technician of the Year and Jason Berenberg was awarded New Dealer of the Year.

Matt Kowaleski and Dave North placed 1st in the Focus Golf Tournament at the Grey Rock Golf Club. Maryellen Korn won the closest to the pin contest while Nick Montano squeaked by his partner, Mike Kowaleski, for the Long Drive of the day.

After the first day of the conference we decided to unwind at the local bowling alley for some food and friendly competition. Mark Oswald squeaked by Mike Kowaleski to win the high game of the night award. I guess Mike likes 2nd place!

We headed up to Baltimore for the Mid Atlantic Food Expo at the Baltimore Convention Center. Joe and Louie were on board to make for a great show!

Lack of energy was not a problem at the Coffee Fest in Seattle this year! A nice cup first thing in the morning helped out the guys manning the booth!

It’s a boy! Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Brandon Wermes of Beemer POS! We are excited to have Baby Werm on board with the Focus community! We would also like to send our congrats out to Focus' own Steve (aka Big Werm/Stevarooni) on becoming a first time Grandpa! Baby Werm was delivered at 6:41am and weighed in at a healthy 8.7 pounds (who needs ounces?) according to Grandpa.

Focus POS Systems along with RCS were excited to give away a complete computer system to 2 lucky winners at this year's Smoothie King Show! Roger Wilder was one of the excited winners of a complete point of sale system. Maybe a shiny new Ford Focus is in store for a raffle next year in New Orleans? Who knows???!!!
